Your Giggles Montessori toy will be shipped in 2-3 days using the following carriers; USPS & UPS after it has been processed.

We currently only ship within the US.

Kindly email us at sales@gigglesmontessori.com with your order number and correct address within 12 hours after placing the order to ensure that we ship it to the correct address.

We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the US.

Our Giggles Montessori wooden toys are safely made in China.

Your child can safely use the toys for years because of the high-quality wood they're made with. You can pass down the toy to a younger sibling or relative without any worries!

Giggles Montessori toys are made with high-quality, safe wood and painted with non-toxic water-based paint. Depending on the toy, there can be other materials like paper, metal, and different kinds of fabrics. Please supervise your child while they are playing.

You may clean your Giggles Montessori toys by scrubbing it with a towel soaked with water and soap, then wiping off with a towel soaked in water. Make sure you dry it properly!

Giggles Montessori cares about your child's early development. They are designed to enhance their skills. We make them to be durable for years of fun without worry about wear or tear!

Most Giggles Montessori toys are suitable for Ages 3 and Up. Our toys that are suitable for babies are the Carrot Harvest & Worm Toy Playset, Object Permanence Box & Wooden Rainbow Stacker, and Wooden Baby Play Kit. Please supervise your baby while they are playing.

Please note that our refund policy is 15 days; Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
